Je me suis déplacé pour participer à ma réservation du samedi.
Une incompréhension sur la date au téléphone a été commise lors de la réservation, je m'en suis pas aperçu, car je n'avais pas revu le mail de confirmation. Je pensais sincèrement que tout était ok au téléphone pour effectuer le circuit le lendemain.
Le gérant nous a fait attendre 1h pour nous dire que nous étions fautifs, et que nous aurions du lire nos mails...
Vraiment pas agréable, et quand je lui ai redonné les informations téléphoniques, et que j'avais appelé 3 fois, il m'a répondu qu'il était en congé...
Brefs aucun service commercial, pas d'excuses, au contraire.
Bilan 1h de route, 1h d'attente et 1h de route pour le retour.
