This former Top Chef contestant mixes influences with talent, as in his dish of rack of pork, roast potatoes and fennel confit with orange. His equally surprising desserts are perfectly balanced. His creamy white chocolate, kiwi, poppy seed, tarragon and lime cake is a knockout! A modern, welcoming setting, ideal for a treat.
