If you are looking for quality bread and pastries to be damned in the city of Hazebrouck, stop by the Houcke bakery. Sandra and Sébastien, the proud owners of the place, are very welcoming people with a taste for good things. Special mention for their Wonderful, which would almost match Fred's famous Wonderful. Note that the bakery supplies the bread in the bread dispenser located on Route de Borre. Practical if you don't want to go to town and have good bread for your meal!
