A museum dedicated to the history of Flanders, housed in the former Augustinian convent and offering a fine example of the styles of the period.

Located in the former 17th-century Augustinian convent, the museum was inaugurated in 1927 by Abbé Lemire. Its architecture is a fine example of the styles of the period, ranging from Baroque to customary decorations. But its major interest lies in its visible collections, including the Giants of the City! Continue your visit by taking a look at the room dedicated to the history of Flanders, the gallery devoted to sacred art or the Lucien Jonas room, where you'll also discover the impressive "Chute du Tyran".

Nice small museum but the opening hours are not very practical
