Nous avons choisi des poutines porc et bœuf : une tuerie ! Original, délicieux, des frites gratinées au cheddar avec du porc ou du bœuf effiloché... On excusera le passage au four qui n'existe pas dans la recette d'origine.... car c'est vraiment très bon.
On reviendra pour essayer d'autres plats à la carte.
