Typical Flemish style restaurant offering brasserie style cuisine with a pleasant welcome in Hazebrouck.

It is impossible to miss La Taverne d'Hazebrouck which proudly stands on the Grand Place of the city. With the two French fries barracks just in front of it, the setting is set, you are in Flanders! The restaurant was once a café in the typical Flemish style. The establishment was transformed in the 1980's but traces of it remain, as the old décor with the old woodwork shows. The modernity is in the plate with a very beautiful effort of presentation. The dishes are simple, but always of good quality!

Déçus, le repas était bon mais reste assez cher, le vin en 50cl plus cher que 2 fois 25cl. Étrange mais même après en avoir parlé aux 2 serveurs, un étonnement sans contrepartie. Bref, une visite sans retour.
