Even though L'Arbre lost its Michelin star in 2018, the restaurant has lost neither quality nor charm, and the duo at the helm, Benoît Bernard and Lionel Beghin, have a lot to do with it. Their cuisine is beautiful, inventive and, above all, instinctive. The chef works mainly with local, seasonal produce, which he sublimates with surprising seasonings that awaken the taste buds. The dishes are superb and celebrate Northern gastronomy. As for the venue, a typical local house, it's an invitation to a time of relaxation and warmth!
