François-Henri Lecas' farm is organic: here, vegetables are grown hand-in-hand with nature, and the results are delightful! But it also has a special feature: in addition to seasonal vegetables (leeks, carrots, tomatoes...), potatoes, garlic and onions, there's a whole range of forgotten vegetables. With Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips and tuberous parsley, we're taking a trip back in time through our plates! We love to be surprised by seasonal produce.
