A campsite in a park offering gites, bed and breakfast, mobile homes, ideal for the disabled.
This campsite is set in 3 hectares of parkland, around an old Flemish farmhouse and two ponds, just 20 min from the beaches and 15 min from Cassel. You can rent gîtes (including one with a whirlpool bath!), mobile homes and camping pitches. You can also spend the night in a kota, a Finnish chalet resembling a large wooden teepee, with everything you need. Another atypical and comfortable way to camp! Camping des Roses was taken over in 2019, and the manager was keen to rethink his establishment, which will remain on a human scale, quiet and family-friendly. It will be the ideal starting point for hiking, horse-riding or cycling. A moment of calm in the heart of the Flemish countryside. Camping des Roses also offers a 70 m² single-storey gîte, suitable for people with reduced mobility, designed to accommodate 4 people and comprising 2 bedrooms. Good humor and conviviality are the order of the day: an excellent vacation in prospect!

Un forfait à 18€, c'est très correct pour un très bel emplacement avec eau et électricité pour un fourgon aménagé, deux personnes, deux chiens et un chat. Nous précisons que pour nos compagnons à quatre pattes c'était gratuit... c'est très rare de nos jours. Mais ça "colle" bien avec l'image de ce camping où l'on peut voir beaucoup d'animaux de la ferme. Il y a aussi un petit étang où l'on peut y pêcher gratuitement. Le camping propose aussi des locatifs et une petite restauration en saison.
Ce camping est une très belle découverte lors de notre court séjour dans les Flandres (Cassel, Mont des Cats, Mont Noir, Bergues...)
