Impossible d'avoir la réception de l'hôtel au téléphone
Ça doit manquer sérieusement de personnel
Pour un premier contact, ce n'est pas engageant. Un hôtel à ces prix là se doit de renseigner ses clients.
On se croirait dans une administration française
Ça fait plusieurs fois que j'appelle à des horaires différents et je connais leur message d'attente par cœur. La semaine dernière, je me disais que c'était à cause du carnaval. Ce matin j'ai eu quelqu'un qui m'a dit je vous mets en attente, et 8 minutes plus tard, toujours personne....

We had a one night stay in the Raddison and it was lovely, lush room and great breakfast. Only issue was with the parking, on the email confirmation it didn’t mention reserving parking and the cost. Apart from that it was a lovely hotel.

Super hôtel aux prestations haut de gamme. Le spa est un vrai havre de repos. Merci à Fatine et Julie pour leurs excellent massage de fin de séjour.
