Proudly located on the Quai des Hollandais, this hotel-restaurant has made waterzoï its speciality and the result is just right!

With its view on the port, its magnificent central bar and its successful decoration, Aux Waterzooi is a must if you are in Dunkerque. The star of the restaurant is, as its name suggests, the waterzooi. This Belgian dish based on fish or chicken is served like a soup in a soup bowl and the broth is bound with cream or butter. The taste of good home-made food can be felt and the quality-price ratio is remarkable. Special mention for the welcome of Sophie in the dining room and her son and chef Maxence.

Venu déjeuner, nous trouvons une salle avec une vue sur le port au travers des grandes fenêtres. Le service est efficace, les plats sont bons et à bon tarif.

Séjour entre collègues durant trois jours
A l'unanimité :
Superbe hôtel, avec un bon emplacement les chambres sont très belles, le ménage est parfait
Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité que ce soit le sucré ou le salé
Enfin le personnel est très souriant et à nos petits soins
De nombreuses personnalités y sont passées je comprends pourquoi
