Hotel-restaurant offering authentic seasonal cuisine and high flavors in Douai.
The Ibis Hotel restaurant is of very high quality. We will serve you a bistronomic, authentic, seasonal and highly flavoured cuisine based on traditional cuisine. The tables are elegantly set. Most of the food ideas come from the North Sea: haddock fillet, julienne fillet, sole meunière. For meat lovers, we will offer you beef, andouillette or a gourmet burger. Note the effort to make vegetarian and gluten-free dishes appear on the menu. It is also possible to simply have a drink that you can sip on the terrace in good weather.

tres bien pour l'apéritif et les entrées(nous avions pris 2 entrées différentes pour mieux apprécier)
le plat poisson était correct sans trop de saveur pourtant
le plat kuasi veau choisi par ma femme n'était pas bon,gros morceau non cuit. J'ai échangé mon plat avec elle mais même moi je n'ai pu finir le plat.
Vraiment à revoir...
Le dessert DUO était très moyen:trop de gélatine sans saveur...
Nous sommes très déçus car d'habitude nous sommes pleinement satisfaits des prestations Volubilis.
Pour le prix payé (136€)nous pouvons espérer mieux.
