Jean-François Deleau has taken over the reins of this inn, which has been in operation since 1984. A student at the École hôtelière de Lille, he is now in charge of the kitchen, assisted by Jérôme Rosart. The restaurant's recipes, the refined presentation and the flavor of the products demonstrate the imagination of this young chef. Don't miss the revisited classics, such as terrine campagnarde, pavé de saumon and choucroute garnie. As for desserts, tarte tatin, dame blanche and profiteroles will delight those with a sweet tooth!
