The Arborescence restaurant is located in Croix, on the former Edgar textile site not far from the train station. Here, chef Félix Robert and his wife Nidta, sommelier, invite you to discover a free-spirited, joyful gastronomic cuisine that explores ingredients, tastes, words and colors, andabove all is inspired by seafood and plants. We prepare menus ranging from 3 to 8 sequences, accompanied by a selection of wines from trusted winemakers .The restaurant, with its two private dining rooms for groups of 20 to 40 people, can also cater for your private or business events. Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.

Une cuisine très fine avec des saveurs thaïlandaises qui nous a fait voyager. L’accueil est chaleureux et l’équipe très professionnelle.

C'est une jolie parenthèse, une décoration doucement choisie, un cadre romantique perdue au milieu de la ville.
Nous avons adorés ce menu unique en 6 ou 8 services avec accords vin.
Une cuisine fusion entre la gastronomie française et thaïlandaise surprenante mais surtout excellente. Ça se retrouve même dans les cocktails, très atypique mais excellent.
Les serveurs sont sympathiques.
Le menu change tous les 3 mois, alors nous reviendront !
