Church built from 1751 to 1756 according to the plans of the architect Contant d'Ivry containing very beautiful woodcarvings.
The church of Saint-Wasnon is the third building to be constructed on this site. It was built from 1751 to 1756 according to the plans of the Parisian architect Contant d'Ivry, at the request of Marshal Emmanuel de Croÿ. It contains very beautiful wood carvings. On the choir stalls, one can see dozens of sculpted musical instruments, as a tribute to the famous Josquin des Prés, prince of musicians. The church has been classified as a historical monument since 1978.
