Je pars bientôt en vacances et je suis passé par l'agence de leclerc caudry pour mon voyage. Aucune information lors de ma réservation. Quand je lui pose des questions elle ne sais pas me répondre. Aujourd'hui le 13/04/19 j'appel pour avoir plus de renseignements sur mon voyage, la 1ere fois elle me raccroche au nez, je réessaye et là elle m'envoie promener en étant désagréable car il y a du monde dans l'agence donc pas le temps de s'occuper de moi. Je n'ai donc aucune information alors que je pars dans 1 mois. Ni sur les papiers qu'ils m'ont donné. Ça fait la 3e fois que je pars avec eux et ça sera la dernière. Vraiment déçu de l'accueil. On est bon à payer sans poser de questions. Rien à voir avec les autres agences.
