Roland Diot settled as a pastry pastry maker in 1960 in Hautmont, in 1980, he created his chocolate maker in Bertry, a small village in his childhood. He transmitted his romance vocation to his son Laurent who joined the company in 1984. The Enseigne brand continues in tradition with always a zest of innovation. The Tile des Flandres, the speciality of the house, is a speciality of the shelves in a range of 12 fragrances, including sugar-free chocolate, small chocolate candy to 70% fine cover, pure cocoa butter, crispy and little sweet, thistles, beggars, and oublier chandeliers with shimmering colours. Chocolate is appreciated in sausages… At Cambrai is the factory, avenue Georges-Nuttin.
