Anne-Charlotte, manager and cook, created this place in her own image. Family-friendly: named after Paulette and Gisèle, her two grandmothers. Convivial: a huge Disney fresco decorates the walls. Curious: French cuisine is revisited with influences from all over the world, including Thailand and Côte d'Ivoire. Atypical: lunch is sometimes served in the dark, and Anne-Charlotte likes to organize events of all kinds. But above all, gourmet: the plates are very generous, and the menu changes very often. Anne-Charlotte invites you to discover an original cuisine in this restaurant located in the heart of a pedestrian street in downtown Cambrai. The restaurant's warm atmosphere and original fresco add a touch of whimsy to the decor. You can also choose a table on the summer terrace, ideal for savoring your meal while enjoying the fresh air and lively atmosphere of the city. Pau Gis' attentive service creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The main focus is on the plate, with a cuisine revisited with international influences. Every dish is homemade from fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant's specialties include bibimbap, a Korean dish made with rice, mung beans, spinach and sautéed beef. Chicken tiep, prepared with rice, eggplant, cabbage and turnips, is an invitation to discover the flavors of Côte d'Ivoire. The menu also offers a salmon-saint-jacques carpaccio and a tikka massala burger, perfect for varying the pleasures. To finish on a sweet note, let yourself be tempted by original desserts such as salted butter caramel apple gyozas or chocolate Charlotte.
