Jean-Marc MOREZ innovates this year. After, the rich experience of the restaurant the Middle Houck in Brouckerque, he is fully engaged in the "catering" activity and offers all types of benefits: buffet (hot or cold), cocktails, meals, receptions etc. It deals with everything from kitchen to decoration and quality service. Most: Since 2013 it has its own reception room with a capacity of 300 people.
