A must for lovers of sweet flavors: the Dunkerquoise, its waffles and other regional specialties.
Founded in Malo-les-Bains in 1904, the Biscuiterie moved to Bergues at the end of the century. Right next to the station, and visible from the platform, stands a charming little red-brick house (a former station building)! This is the store opposite the Biscuiterie Dunkerquoise waffle factory. A must-see for waffles (of course!) and other sweet specialties: the almond bread is delicious.
