Michel Labat is a talented pastry chef, renowned. He has launched a patented product under the label "Fagot Valencien". A delight not to be missed, consisting of six bundles of ganache resting on a base of white chocolate. Saturdays are now "pastry day" at the shop, with a fine selection of pastries and desserts. The products in the range are of course sold in the shop, but also available by mail order, as well as at the shop in Agen in the neighbouring Lot-et-Garonne.
