The "boys" who treat us in summer on the Ardus beach in Lamothe Capdeville, on the banks of the Aveyron, have opened a magnificent cocktail and tapas bar opposite the Saint-Jacques church. Even if they're not listed on the slate, cocktail classics like the mojito and piña colada are still there. The same goes for Saint Jacques classics like the mango bay, the red press and thehurricane passion. The idea is to change things up a bit and let us try new flavors by frequently varying the menu. A successful bet!
