Historic building of the city of Montauban, the Nautic was built in 1933, it housed then the rowing club of the city. After major work carried out in 2019 by Christophe, the Nautic is now a favorite place for Montauban outings. There is a lounge bar for the greatest happiness of night owls who can dance until dawn. In fine weather, the bar opens onto the banks of the Tarn, offering a unique panoramic view of the river. In winter, the bar is warmer with a decoration that evolves with the seasons.

The Maracana or Marak for the intimes is essential in this National Place. With its beautiful terrace under canopy cover, the Maracana opens late in the evening to the sound of electro-music for night-owls. You can also eat on the thumb at noon, for good value for money. And you will surely enjoy taking a little black in the morning, especially on Saturday when the streets animate with the market!

Those who have not seen Blier's Les Tontons flingueurs will not understand the reference. The others will laugh in advance! This is the trendy place in town. Opposite the courthouse, on the beautiful Place du Coq with a nice terrace in season. The welcome is warm, and you can eat very well at lunchtime. In the evening it's tapas. And on Friday night the party with live mix until late in the night, a lot of people and a hot atmosphere. The establishment is part of the Bar-Bars collective, a network of musical bars. Le Zinc is a lounge bar offering varied cuisine and original cocktails. Dishes range from rib-eye steak to simmental steak and the Zinc burger. The bar also offers a selection of tapas to share, as well as a dessert and drinks menu. Whether for a meal with friends or an evening drink, Le Zinc is a friendly, lively place to discover in Montauban.

A franchisee, certainly, but one that loves its cosy atmosphere under the arcades of the Place Nationale. A nice concept, around coffee, of course, but not only. Tea is also in the spotlight, as well as chocolate and drinks made from fresh fruit juice. The terrace in summer is incredibly inviting, a real outdoor lounge under the sun of this splendid, almost Florentine square, like a whiff of Italy. "Espresso". On the spot or to take away, you won't be able to resist the Choco Cookie with its whipped cream or a Frio Oreo, a frozen delight.

Twenty years ago, the Rio Grande Association invested this former Art and trial cinema in the Villebourbon district, near the train station. The cinema has become a showroom, with up to 800 spectators. It is the preferred place of dissemination of the so-called current music on the department, with both eclectic and coherent programming. But the association is also very dedicated to project support and the dissemination of young local talents, in partnership with all local cultural and cultural fabric.

V and B takes you to the discovery of many wines and beers in a setting divided into two spaces, one part wine cellar and the other in an Irish pub atmosphere. At the tasting, nearly 700 references of wines, beers and 400 of spirits. The idea is to offer a menu for all tastes and all audiences, including a selection of beers and non-alcoholic wines (to test, the Petit Chavin Merlot Rouge). The address is well known among after-workers and on match days, the indisputable Guinness is always flowing!

In this shady alleyway leading to the cathedral, this small tea room is quite discreet. However, it is very popular, especially for the lunchtime menus with their beautiful, copious and colourful dishes. Soups, pies and homemade breads make your mouth water. And of course, you can't go into Christine's without tasting one of her desserts: from cheesecake to chocolate raspberry crunch, not forgetting the lemon meringue pie, everything is appetising. Very nice decoration and cosy atmosphere with a friendly welcome.

The "boys" who treat us in the summer on the Ardus beach in Lamothe Capdeville, on the banks of the Aveyron, have opened a magnificent tapas cocktail bar opposite the Saint-Jacques church. Even if they are not noted on the slate, the cocktail classics like the mojito and the pina colada are still there. The same goes for the classic St. Jacques like the mango bay, the red press and the Hurricane passion. The idea is to change a little to make us taste new flavours by frequently varying the menu. A successful bet!
