Their fries are made as in the past, they are available in cones at will. The potatoes come every week from the northern crop fields and are washed, peeled, pre-cooked and cooked in front of you. In the evening, an à la carte snack with specialities: based on maroilles (burger, chicken, or sautéed pork), Flemish carbonade, waterzoi, pot'je vleesch with three jelly meats.
