For over 30 years, Conserverie de Pignols has been making a wide range of local products: foie gras, confits, pâtés, rillettes, ready-made meals and gourmet specialties. Our know-how, our high standards, our commitment to quality, and our products are selected from the region's finest producers. Duck rillettes from the Pignols cannery were awarded a bronze medal at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris. On site, groups can watch a demonstration of how to cut up a duck and make foie gras.

très bons produits locaux
De très bons produits et un accueil très sympathique. Des conserves de pâtés, rillettes, des cuisses et du magret de canard, on y trouve le canard sous toutes ses formes et à un excellent rapport qualité prix.
