For over 30 years, Conserverie de Pignols has been making a wide range of local products: foie gras, confits, pâtés, rillettes, ready-made meals and gourmet specialties. Duck rillettes from the Pignols cannery were awarded a bronze medal at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris. On site, groups can watch a demonstration of how to cut up a duck and make foie gras.

Je me dis que les horaires internet sont erronés : non bien affichés sur la porte : 12h30 !
Bref bien déçu : quand on tient un commerce : en plein centre d’une ville touristique : peut être prévoir d’adapter les horaires à la clientèle …
