This local specialty can be found... at a delicatessen! The talented Bonnefous family, passionate about quality and working with the best products, is the only one to perpetuate the ancient recipe of the legendary macaron de Lauzerte, known since the 11th century. This macaron bears no resemblance whatsoever to the stilted petit fours in their icy, colorful shells. With their ripe wheat color, these sweets are crackly on the outside, soft and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside. The almond flavors instantly transport the soul back to childhood.

Petite charcuterie de campagne ou une bonne partie des produits sont encore faits à la main. La curiosité s'est évidemment les macarons de lauzerte,
Françoise est très accueillante et prend le temps de tout vous expliquer. C'est une femme passionnée.

L'accueil est tout aussi qualitatif que les produits. Charcuteries à tomber faites avec le coeur et dans l'idée de conserver les anciennes recettes avec les anciennes méthodes. Amour et tradition, bravo !
