This local speciality can be found at a... delicatessen! The talented Bonnefous family, Jacques, Marie-Josée and their daughter Françoise, are passionate about quality and respect for the best products. They are the only ones to perpetuate this ancient recipe of the legendary Lauzerte macaroon known since the 11th century. This macaroon does not resemble in any way these small fours stilted in their shell of ice. With their ripe wheat colour, they are cracked on the outside, soft and full of sweetness on the inside. The almond flavours take our soul back to childhood.

On Wednesdays, the market is more confidential, with only local fruit and vegetable producers. On Saturdays, it is the most important and most diversified market. It remains traditional with once again many local producers, a good majority of whom offer organic products, but it has a slightly fair spirit with non-food products as well. You will be able to buy fancy or designer jewellery, straw hats, various clothes and even flowers and plants

Le Panier des Saveurs is located not far from the centre of the medieval village of Lauzerte. This very practical grocery store offers many local products: fruits and vegetables of the region in priority, according to the seasons, of course, but also preserves, wines, fruit juices, dried fruits, jams, fresh pasta and quality teas... not to mention the dairy department. You will be able to buy a wide range of gourmet products. Don't miss the baskets of fresh and dried fruit to offer as gifts to all lovers of good products.

The Ferme du Lendou, organized in GAEC, occupies the beautiful site of the mill of Sainte-Foy. With a real requirement of quality and a certain militancy (the products of the farm have the organic certification, but also Nature & Progrès, a whole philosophy around the respect of the nature, the man and the profession of farmer), the farm proposes flours of the mill, dry legumes, dry fruits, fruits in season (cherries, apples, grapes), fruit juices and bread on Tuesday and Friday. The farm's products can be found every Saturday at the Lauzerte market.

The Portals came from Aveyron to settle in this farm in 1957! In 2012, with two generations apart, the Portals opened the cheese factory. They offer to all visitors and gourmets their delicious dairy products, from the brown breed... Do not hesitate to push the doors of Au Clair de la Brune to discover the techniques of production and enjoy yoghurts, cottage cheese, milk jam and cheeses (quercynois, tomme de Saint-Urbain, camembrune...). You will also find their products on the markets, in Lauzerte, in Montcuq...

This supermarket is strategically located below the city starting from the roads for the department of Lot, and, above all, with a few scratches of the GR 65, the road of Saint-Jacques which crosses just above it. A complete assortment in all areas will allow you to make your shopping in a peaceful, clean and well-kept space with fresh rays of fruit and vegetables, fish and butchery.
