The talented Bonnefous family, passionate about quality and working with the best products, is the only one to perpetuate the ancient recipe of the legendary macaron de Lauzerte, known since the 11th century. This macaron bears no resemblance whatsoever to the stilted petit fours in their icy, colorful shells. With their ripe wheat color, these sweets are crackly on the outside, soft and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside. The almond flavors instantly transport the soul back to childhood.
