Located at the foot of the cathedral, La Fourchette Adroite restaurant blends perfectly with the typical setting of old Albi. You'll need a deft hand and a deft fork to enjoy the dishes of young chef Nicolas Roussel, eager to introduce you to his cuisine based on fresh, local produce. A Gers salad with warm goat's cheese profiteroles will delight your taste buds, followed by oven-roasted lamb mice in stock and authentic Belle Hélène pear. A warm family welcome.

Petit restaurant sympa au pied de la cathédrale.
Pour l'entrée il y a velouté de champignons, le dressage était tres moyen.
La truite, en revanche était bonne.
Pour le plat, le "magret" n'était pas entier et ceci n'était pas précisé sur la carte ducoup un peut dessus.
Les sèches étaient bonnes.
Pour les desserts déçu pour la tartelette. Pour le macaron chocolat c'était très bon.
