Pépé Léon, a bar-restaurant on the road of Castres, one kilometre from the city centre, is a tribute to the ancestor of the former owner. The establishment is sober and stripped - like Philippe's skull! A metal display, a black and white bar and in the dining room, indicating to travellers lost the time of Sydney, in case… Sauerkraut or play beef in a dish of the day, depending on arrivals, and à la carte, persillade squid or calf ris to the morels. A young and relaxed address to remember!

Bon petit resto, service ok, certaines salades manquent de "remplissages" mais l'ensemble est sympa, la petite terrasse derrière aussi.
