Le Pontié is one of the oldest cafés in Albi, since 1782 it has been enlivening the Place de Vigan with its authentic style and its canaille cuisine. The Albigensians are not mistaken, it is the address to recommend to the gourmets visiting the department. In an exceptional and elegant setting, the waiters - in bistro clothes if you please! - serve with efficiency plates going from the last ripaille dish to the good house pizza. In summer, you can relax on the terrace while enjoying a glass of ice cream or a fresh mojito in the shade of this perfect Tarn ambassador.

On a bu un café , accueil en rentrant dans le café , bof... par contre en repartant tous les serveurs nous ont dit "merci, bonne après-midi", à 2.60 euros le café, ça peut !!!

Le Pontie became my haven during my time in Albi—a place where I could unwind and enjoy good company. Every Thursday, without fail, my friends and I would gather there for a glass of wine. Jean-François Miquel, the owner, always made us feel welcome, whether by treating us to delectable dishes or a bottle of champagne. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled. If you find yourself in Albi, make sure to visit Le Pontie on a Thursday at 7:00 pm. Ask for Mona's table and savor the moment with a glass of wine. Cheers! ????

Le Pontie était mon repère, ma cantine, pendant l'année où j'ai vécu à Albi. C'était l'endroit qui égayait toujours mon humeur. Avec mon groupe d'amis, nous y allions régulièrement chaque jeudi pour prendre un verre de vin. Jean-François Miquel, le propriétaire, nous gâtait toujours, que ce soit avec des délices ou une bouteille de champagne. Le personnel était tout simplement incroyable. Si jamais vous vous trouvez là-bas, rendez-vous un jeudi à 19h, demandez la table de Mona et savourez votre verre de vin. Santé ! ????

Serveur sympa mais service "à l'arrache" toujours obliger de demander (eau, couteaux qui ne coupe pas, cuillère...), plat servi froid sans trop de goût très fade et les pizzas pour les enfants froides également par contre addition très salée à la fin !
