This quay opposite the cathedral is run by two brothers, Hervé and Julien. It offers home cooking under the vaults of the old Albi building or on the shady terrace. A menu of four starters, main courses and desserts featuring regional specialties: foie gras, sweetbreads and apple croustade marinated in rum. Also on the menu is the house specialty, cassoulet. There's also a 100% Albigensian menu, featuring radishes with foie gras, saffron-flavored double gras and albigensian-style pear au vin. An unmissable address for discovering regional cuisine!

Non seulement j’ai très bien mangé, mais j’ai surtout été chouchoutée comme une reine.
J’avais simplement demandé une goutte de liquide vaisselle pour nettoyer mes lunettes,
et le personnel s’est empressé de le faire pour moi, avec une gentillesse adorable.
Un petit geste, peut-être, mais un immense souvenir pour moi.
Dans un monde souvent pressé ou froid, ça fait un bien fou d’être traitée avec autant de bienveillance.
