Restaurant with century-old wisteria terrace, serving traditional local cuisine with fresh local produce.

Marie and Christopher welcome you at the foot of the Souillac belfry, on the terrace under the hundred-year-old wisteria, or in their charming little restaurant. The setting is welcoming, the service efficient and the dishes tasty. The couple favors fresh and local products to propose traditional recipes in the rules of art: whole trout roasted with herbs, duck confit, Aloyau flank steak, Quercy sausage with summer truffles... It is also possible that some flavors from elsewhere slip into the menu of the day.

Restaurant idéalement situé sur la plus belle place de Souillac, sous une glycine centenaire magnifique. Service au top, plats savoureux et copieux. Merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour ce bon moment. Nous reviendrons très vite.

J'ai eu l'occasion de manger 2 fois au Beffroi début juin 2023. Très bon restaurant des plats goûteux, merveilleux pour l'amoureux de la cuisine du Sud ouest que je suis ! Personnel très accueillant, sympathique professionnel, une excellente adresse vivement recommandée.
