The Bistrot de la Halle, run by Hugo and Emma, is all about homemade and local produce. The team has been renewed, and the menu features a fine selection of traditional dishes prepared with local produce: not only are the taste buds satisfied, but the eyes too, with beautifully presented plates. You'll find Blagour trout raised in Souillac, as well as Vieille Prune de Souillac and Aubrac beef... Located on a pedestrian square, the bistro extends its terrace to the beautiful 17th-century covered market.
