The chef of the ovens is the boss of the place: Mickaël, a Lotois convinced by his terroir and resolutely turned towards his cooking! Contemporary decoration, bistronomic cuisine, he prepares dishes exclusively from fresh local produce: foie gras from the Périgord, mixed salads, meats, etc. It is according to the seasons and the market stalls that the clef invents his menus and revisits his terroir.
