L'Informel is the second restaurant to be opened by the team at Les Trois Soleils hotel-restaurant in Montal, whose chef is none other than Michelin-starred Frédéric Bizat. Frédéric Bizat's smiling wife, Florence, welcomes guests and takes care of service in a bucolic setting. Featuring an open kitchen, the large air-conditioned dining room is extended by a green terrace at the foot of the hotel swimming pool. Enjoy grilled Aubrac beef or Quercy lamb chops, cooked with great skill.

Nous avons déjeuné dans un cadre paisible, à la décoration soignée et accueillante. L’équipe est chaleureuse, le service impeccable et les plats du Chef sont un vrai régal : savoureux, équilibrés, parfaitement maîtrisés. Une cuisine sincère et raffinée, servie avec le sourire.

L’accueil est , comme toujours, exemplaire : l’ensemble du personnel se montre à la fois attentionné, disponible et professionnel.
La cuisine, quant à elle, est irréprochable : un voyage gustatif sans la moindre fausse note, alliant créativité, finesse et saveurs.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et d’une grande propreté.
