A few steps from the entrance of the sanctuary, the panoramic terrace overlooks the Alzou valley. The traditional cuisine honors local products. Home-made food predominates, with specialties from the South-West, such as semi-cooked foie gras with Jurançon and its chutney, duck confit and duck breast with French fries or pommes grenailles, omelette with boletus mushrooms, but also burgers. The meal ends on a sweet note with a tarte Tatin. The menu also offers vegetarian dishes, including a burger.

De passage pour consommer glaces et boissons nous nous sommes entendus dire qu'il fallait attendre 14h30 pour commander. Il était 14h05.
En effet le service n'était pas terminé et il aurait été préjudiciable aux clients entrain de terminer leur repas de nous voir nous installer...il est important de préciser qu'il y avait au moins 10 tables vides.
A quand la restauration en zone touristique se comportera normalement ???
