Personnel très courtois et à l'approche du client. Renseigne bien sur le choix des couteaux de cuisine. Connait bien son métier et donne de très bon conseils. Très patient avec le client qui lui demande un couteau avec un parfait tranchant et vous en montre une dizaine en vous expliquant le bon et le moins bon suivant l'usage que l'on veut en faire. Un boutique à visiter avec un très grand choix de couteaux
