The Camp del Saltre vineyard, literally "the field of the vine tailor", is a small family-run vineyard covering 20 hectares of vines in the heart of the Cahors appellation. Dominique and Gérard Delbru work there on 3 vintages: the Château Camp del Saltre, supple, round on the palate, the Chevalier de Malcoste, aged a 1 in barrels, slightly vanilla flavoured, and the Revélation, aged 18 months in new barrels and composed of 100% auxerrois, with black fruit aromas. Visit of the cellars, tasting and sale of local products. To be discovered in a convivial atmosphere.
