Most of this family vineyard is located in the commune of Prayssac. Faithful to the famous Malbec grape which gives the wine its lovely crimson color, Philippe Pontié continues the family tradition. His 20 hectares under permanent grass cover are the result of a love affair, in the continuity of the generations that have succeeded him since 1880. Constant attention to quality, respect for tradition and the environment have enabled Château des Grauzils, and in particular the Cuvée Essentiel (aged in oak barrels), to produce a complex, concentrated wine.

Un vignoble qui produit de bons vins AOC de CAHORS à prix corrects, mais aussi un Chardonnay . L'accueil est souriant et chaleureux et la dégustation s'accompagne d'une leçon d’œnologie où le propriétaire des lieux vous fait partager ses connaissances et sa passion du vin.
