The bistro "La Régalade" is gone. In its place is the "Memphis Belle" - named after a famous World War II bomber. Jean-Marc and Virginie ran a similar establishment in Belgium. They brought with them their joviality and recipes from the flat country such as endives en gratin or chicons as they are called there. The Chef's suggestions also take on accents of the South-West (burger of duck legs confit). The home-made cuisine gives priority to short circuits. Nice selection of beers, Belgian, naturally!
