Original restaurant of M. Jacquin who proposes a plate cooked with products of the farm in Payrac
Mr. Jacquin is a duck breeder and producer, and sells his products directly from the farm, in his boutique La Gourmande. Since 2022, he has also opened his own restaurant, Le Séchoir, in an original setting, an authentic tobacco drying shed renovated and fitted out with an all-wood décor, both natural and elegant. On the plate, of course, products from the farm are cooked, as well as those from local producers for simple, effective recipes, traditional or vegan: gourmet salad, local lamb, trout from Blagour...

Ancien séchoir à tabac rénové en restaurant servant des produits locaux de qualité, présentation et service impeccables, prix attractif, décoration qui ne dénature pas le charme de l ancien avec une superbe terrasse en extérieur.
