The cannery where Michel Catusse's products are made also has a shop that combines modernity and tradition. Gourmets will not be disappointed: you will find all the traditional goose and duck products, fine pâtés, foie gras, mini white puddings with truffled foie gras, goose cassoulet with Tarbais beans, confit, truffles, mushrooms, rocamadour pâté, ready-made meals... and of course wine from Cahors and the Quercy hills. A very good and renowned brand in the Lot region. To put in your suitcases absolutely!

Il n' y a pas que le foie gras qui est bon chez Catusse.
Les pâtés de canard aux cèpes ou aux piment d'Espelete sont fameux, comme toutes les autres conserves que j'ai pu goûter.

The pâté cans of this house are excellent, especially duck with Espelette pepper and also the hare pie. I have also used to buy some dishes: stuffed chicken and the tripous with saffron are to be tried, I recommend. I find them in Paris Comptoir Corrézien, rue des Volontaires in 15th.
