Since 2014, Benoît has been running the 15 ha family estate and offers his flagship cuvée des Polissons. A wine that is easy to drink!

Benoît is one of the new generation of winemakers breathing new life into Cahors wines. With his flagship cuvée des Polissons, a tribute to his children, he offers malbec in two colors and gives it a little more lightness. This is an easy-drinking wine with a very interesting palette of flavors. Since then, he has also produced a Sauvignon Blanc IGP Cotes du Lot and a Cuvée Queue de Pressoir Vin de France. Trained as an oenologist, in 2014 he took over part of the family estate, farming 15 ha. Don't hesitate!
