Causse vineyard with naturally low yields: a guarantee of quality for this production carried out in organic and biodynamic agriculture. This terroir, which has known vines since the 18th century, is one of the references of the Cahors AOC. The tradition (80 % malbec, 20 % merlot) will delight fine palates. Personnified by an intense fruitiness with blackberry and cherry aromas, supple and silky, it gives a subtle wine which also presages an excellent ageing potential.

Cathy, Mathilde and Daniel Fournié work as a family in the heart of the Cahors appellation, in the ancestral lands of Malbec. Located in Lacapelle-Cabanac, the Château bears its name "Haut-Monplaisir" very well, for the good reason that its vintages offer great pleasure to our taste buds! In collaboration with the Château du Cèdre, these winegrowers have managed to make this estate one of the names of the appellation.
