Petite suggestion :
La jeune serveuse blonde (d'origine russe, je crois), est très agréable, efficace et sympathique mais, selon ma conjointe et moi, vous devriez lui dire de ne pas travailler en courant.
Effectivement, elle court systématiquement d'une table à l'autre, en passant par le bar et ainsi de suite...
Cela la fait transpirer et c'est est assez étrange, de voir cette jeune femme courir en permanence dans tout le restaurant.
Les autres serveuses marchent tranquillement et effectuent aussi bien leur travail.
Courir ne lui fait en aucun cas gagner du temps ????
Je dis cela avec beaucoup de respect et avec aucune intention de nuire, juste une petite info pour améliorer la déjà très grande qualité de votre restaurant.
