Restaurant focusing on the respect of biodiversity and on the culinary escape, through the chef's cooking with local products
Holodeck, the restaurant at Château Chambert, has just opened to offer you a culinary escape. Chef Baptiste Moura skilfully creates gastronomic strolls, respecting the seasons and using fresh, local and often organic produce: nature inspires him to create elegant dishes that appeal to all the senses. They are accompanied by wines carefully selected by Lin Liu, one of the 419 graduates of the prestigious Master of Wine program. This culinary journey takes place in an exceptional setting overlooking the vineyards, designed and restored by architect Stéphane Deligny.

On y arrive par une petite route d'où l'on aperçoit très bien le Château Chambert.
Arrivé au parking une magnifique allée pavée à l'ancienne mène au caveau de dégustation et au restaurant.
Très belle dégustation durant laquelle il nous est conté l'histoire du Château Chambert et présenté les différents sols du domaine. Si les vins du Château Chambert ont acquis leurs réputation c'est grâce au travail du viticulteur mais aussi au palais de son épouse sans oublier la spécificité de chaque parcelle de terrain.
Bref, un conseil aller visiter le Château Chambert et déguster les vins du domaine ! Vous ne le regretterez pas !
Du cadre incroyable à l'hospitalité amicale et professionnelle en passant par la nourriture exceptionnelle, je dois fortement recommander une visite. Il convient également de noter la flexibilité concernant les exigences alimentaires spécifiques et bien sûr le vin de leur cave - vraiment superbe.

We had the most incredible dinner last night at Chateau Chambert’s restaurant Holodeck.
From the incredible setting, friendly and professional hospitality to the outstanding food I must strongly recommend a visit. Of special note also was the flexibility around specific dietary requirements and of course the wine from their winery- really superb.
