Water sports and leisure activities Stave

As soon as the summer season resumes, Antinéa's water base resumes from service. With its long list of activities and its location on the edge of the Lot and in full nature, the place is paradise. Choose from a boat ride (without a permit), kayaking unless you prefer to ride on water. Children are not forgotten and can enjoy their own attraction with small electric bumper boats in a secure basin. It is also possible to rent bikes or simply enjoy the surroundings and tranquillity with a fishing part. All you have to do is decide.

Cape Nature is a recreational park that combines several sports activities: acrobatic course in the trees, orientation race, paintball and canoeing. You can hire a single-day boat or tandem boat to get off the Lot, which surrounds the park. The calm waters will allow beginners to start and admire the village of Pradines from the river. Group-controlled outputs can be arranged on reservation.

In Douelle, the Nautinéa nautical base offers an introduction to canoeing or paddling, electric-assist bike hire or an 11.5 km descent of the river Lot to the Caïx nautical base. The return journey can be made by shuttle bus or by renting electric bikes at the Caïx base and returning to your starting point via the Voie Verte: the 2 bases are linked so that you can benefit from the best sporting and nautical plans. What better way to spend a superb day enjoying the river and its many activities!

A river trip? Rent a boat for 2 to 12 people. From the rental base in Douelle, sail west towards Luzech, the last Gallic village that resisted Julius Caesar. Towards the east, you can moor your boat without a licence at the foot of the Château de Mercuès, the historic town of Cahors or the village of Larnagol before returning to the base by crossing the cliffs of Bouzies and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. A quick initiation on the spot is enough to make you a captain. Closed parking for your car during the navigation.
