Restaurant offering a simple but gourmet cuisine with local products

The restaurant "Chez Moulino" in Cajarc is nationally known thanks to the sketch "Le Schmilblick" by Coluche, a regular at the café. Today, the restaurant has made a good reputation by privileging local products worked for a simple but greedy cooking. Très bon accueil, personnel à l écoute, de très bons plats régionaux. Si vous êtes de passage à Cajarc, une pause gourmande «  chez moulino » s impose ! Et un p’tit arrêt à leur boutique de produits régionaux vous permettra de prolonger le plaisir !

Terriblement décevant...Burrata annoncée qui n'est qu'une infâme mozzarela accompagnée de salade en sachet...tartare de saumon avec une chantilly sucrée...excessivement cher pour la mauvaise qualité
